Shipping Policy

At Weekly Veg Box, Shipping is carried out by our own delivery team and we are committed to deliver on time weekly (Every Sunday between 09:00 AM to 12:00 PM IST). Subscriptions made between Sunday to Friday will be Shipped on the upcoming Sunday. Any Subscriptions made on Saturdays will start shipping from the very next week Sunday.

At times, we might use third party delivery services under unavoidable circumstances but still would meet the delivery timelines. During unfavourable climate conditions, natural disasters or external forces which may limit or stop delivery. And no refund can be claimed for such non deliveries.

Please confirm the accuracy of your shipping address before you submit your order. Incorrect or partial addresses could result in delays or lost shipments. Weekly Veg Box is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or partial addresses.

All our products are delivered in a sustainable packages and containers, which are to be reused and has to be returned to us on the subsequent weeks. Failure to return or damage caused to the containers will be charged accordingly.

Return & Exchange Policy

Any damages caused to the products during shipping will be our responsibility to exchange immediately, if spotted during delivery.

All our products are delivered fresh, In any case of not meeting the quality we would accept a return when contacted within 30 mins of the delivery. To make a return, please contact us at +91 90803 81424 or write to weeklyvegbox@gmail.com with your order number. Weekly Veg Box will arrange for the swap or return of the products on the same day.

Subscription cancellations are accepted once the current month subscriptions are completed. In case of non availability of customers during delivery time will result in products undelivered and refunds cannot be claimed for such cases.

If any products arrive incorrect, or part of your order is missing, you must notify Weekly Veg Box at +91 90803 81424 or weeklyvegbox@gmail.com within 30 mins of the delivery. Please save all packaging materials our team will work with you to get the issue resolved.
